I like his stuff - I did a Powerpoint presentation on the acceptability of graffiti, challenging the borderlines of that acceptance. The more it became recognisable as 'art' i.e. forms and shapes, rather than 'tags' or 'bubblewords', the more accepted it was becoming. Looking at old prejudices re graffiti versus the fact we have billboards projected unwanted messages in the environment via adverts. Political meanings - the 'tags' of street gangas versus the Belfast Murals (political support and messages on house walls during the 'Troubles). The project was quite fascinating.

People have been desperate to unveil the 'Bansky' identity. I think that it adds to the allure and leave him/her/them alone.
