I usually fall back to sir or ma'am. I'm rotten with names, anyhow.

We call them by their first names actually

Wow, there were only a couple of my professors I would have done that to - until I started working at the college. Then, as co-workers, I called all of them by their first names, except for Mr. Grymack. I could never call him by his first name, for some reason.
