NHS - Show Me The Money

After a weekend of cock ups for the Tories (quite literally in one cae - basically a top MP was caught sending explicit photos of his Member for Parliament - the other has laughingly defected to UKIP), I would really like to see the back of the old Etonians.  The problem is that the rest aren't much better.

As we move closer and regrettably near a privatised NHS, this picture landed in my inbox from a close friend. I could not resist reposting this - it would be funnier if it wasn't so very, very true.

OOOOH DEAR.... oh deary me. OH DEAR... and I've just listened (sort of) to Cameron promising the world in tax cuttings.... and being very vague about how it's going to wreck the deficit... and he's going to 'Ring Fence' the NHS??? with five thousand more doctors and twenty thou more nurses.... oh dear ... I'm SO glad I live in France!!!

The politicians here are at least made to keep things clean and honest, and if they don't they WILL BE PURSUED!!!! for YEARS!!! and I do find I understand what they are saying (in French even) rather than the gobbledygook spouted by the Cons. (good word.. Cons.. heh heh)

Happy days. Hey, sorry to hear you DID NOT look after yourself... all wore out and exhausted. Silly you!!! Be GOOD!!!!

HUGS.. for strength and endurance!

I think that a move to privatisation is sadly inevitable - they ( the collective parties over a number of decades) failed to look at demographics of what was happening to the health of the population. Thankfully, politicians have gone from virtually untouchable to totally accountable - but it's all too late for the NHS, I fear. Collectively and economically they have backed the wrong horses for too long, which has stripped the public services bare. Don't get me started - I would rant about it all night.

Re my health, I will have to watch myself a little closer. I can usually tell if it is all becoming a bit too much - can't truly explain it, just feels like I am like fabric that has been pulled too tightly and I fear that a rent will appear in the middle. Then I stop what I am doing and take longer breaks.

Occasionally though, it creeps up on me - so I will have to take preventative measures :-)
