It's a Tim Burton thing (sorry!!!). It also represents what I think of Valentine's Day generally - Hubby and I do exchange gifts, but we don't like the commercial tackiness of it all. You know - the padded cards and the 'mushface snuffikins' nicknames etc. Ick.
