Unwell

Despite having a wonderful Mother's Day, I am feeling really unwell, suffering AGAIN with extreme exhaustion. I have been in bed since 6:30, slept a bit now listening listlessly to a repeat of Desert Island Discs featuring Kingsley Amis.

Why am I feeling like this?

Erm... Ahem... dare I say it??? YOU MUST NOT DO SO MUCH!

Brainwear is WEARING! Exhausting... it uses lots of Calories and stuff. And the tension and stress that goes with hard complicated thinking... that is exhausting too.
You're running at athletes effort level! I marvel at what you're doing with this course and you have so MUCH to study!

I do think you should have a portion of a day or one day a week when YOU DO NOT DO ANYTHING! (apart from normal houseworky cooky things... that don't need THINKING!!!!)

Seriously... I do worry... I WORRY cos I couldn't do a FRACTION of all that you do.

Oh spoil yourself.... HUGS and v-brings a lovely cuppa!!!

Hey, it's the first time I've seen your page so don't know what's happening in your life, but I've felt the same recently. Physically fit but mentally exhausted and without even realising it for a long, long time.

Remember you need to rest your mind as well as your body. :)
