I have yet to watch 'Game of Thrones' - it is on my to-do list at some point.  I know i watched a documentary featuring GRR Martin (whose LJ page is the most popularly sought page in the blogging community) and found him most interesting.

My son ( who is an avid fan) assures me that this cartoon pretty much sums up what happens - basically everybody's dead eventually...

I read the first book by him and decided not to watch. I get too attached to characters and got very annoyed when he killed them! Hope you enjoy it though.

I used to be pretty bomb-proof and would watch anything - as I get older, I get too sensitive and I think GoT would get into my nightmares without any effort at all!!!
