50 Day Question Challenge 2016 - Day 4

Image result for introvert

4. Do you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?

Introvert, though recently I have been far more chatty with people.  I think that's what happens when you wall yourself up in work.  Suddenly, you want to see people and it doesn't take much for me to be distracted by that.  I am more inclined to stay at home curled up with a good book or paint/draw/generally create than socialise, though.  I don't feel regenerated if I am in the public eye too long.

:-)

There's nothing wrong with being an introvert, but often people treat it like it is some sort of social disease. Not everyone is as outgoing as someone else. That's just a fact. The ability to just let us be seems to be slipping through our fingers more and more. *hugs*

Society does centralise their attention and attribute success to people who are extroverted. That's fine, but it undervalues the quiter ones who have quite often very subtle ways of communicating that should be exemplified.

I can't say that I a a true introvert - I am pretty good at networking when needs must, but I could be very happy not doing that at all :-)

I think you and I must be Midiverts. A bit of this and some of that, and why not just see how it goes??? etc. etc.

That's how life is, and you learn to pick out the best bits to keep for YOU... !!!

One person's 'vivacious' is another person's 'gobby'.

Is true. I also think some people are terrified of being alone and can't understand how some of us are both comforted and comfortable with it.
