Reverse the roles, lose the tabs and swap the dog for an ever-attendant cat and you have my set up right now.  Not that I am a great novelist (yet) - just plodding with the degree, with the full hope that it will hone my skills by the time I am finished.  A third year student has posted the date of their graduation ceremony, so I will be hopefully wearing my gown and board, holding my scroll aloft in September 2016. So, 7 months down, 29 to go :-)
