Before I started my weary path of Higher Education, I used to spend every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month partaking in country dancing. Nothing professional - just me and a load of little old ladies twirling the night away. I came back for their annual summer party and boy am I exhausted. Not so much because of the little old ladies - because I am tall, I take the guy's role and the visiting younger dancers are quite boisterous.
I ache and I am really tired physically, but I am wide awake now. At least the weather has cooled down a lot now and we even had some rain today :-)
