The experience of having good chemistry is mind-blowing, but if later that chemistry covered the fact that they are an absolute nightmare, then it is like having a great birthday present and then it blows up in your face. I don't think you can reflect on such a mercurial relationship, until you are well shot of it, but you can still get value from the intense experience it gave you :-)
