Eeek seeing something like this reminds me how OLD I actually AM! I mean, yokes and butlers sinks and wooden draining boards and all that ... and I USED TO USE THOSE as part of normal life! The weighing machine and the round weights made Apple suet puddings I remember... Can't think why those great BIG squishy juicy apple puds cooked in the brown-outside pastry bowl.. The BIG one! In the Monday Boiler wash!
Oh dear and since then the crowds have become impossible. AWFUL. and now that they have built the bridge causeway to allow the sea to scour underneath, it has become The Place TO SEE! and you can't ... well I'm not going to go near it. I prefer to see magical glimpses of it as I pass in the distance on my way from here to there. I shall never visit it now... there are some dreams left ... for dreaming.

I was hoping to say... I recognise you when I come down to Cornwall in June (I HOPE!!!!! am doing my damnedest to get to see Flair and Mrs. Moth and other folkses.. Starting in the SE and working my way NW and then SW!!! and then back to Plymouth to Roscoff home?? Whew. I would be glad of contact address email/phone etc. IF you are agreeable to us meeting up for a real cornish pasty and an ice cream?
