Thank you for sharing this so very sad yet accurate description of the old south. I have always had a love/hate relationship with my upbringing. Hopefully a new south is emerging but the old ways die a hard death and struggle continues.

Thanks - it can be a bit eclectic from time to time. I have quite a few easy listening cds, but also some left-field ones which are sometimes not appealing. I love the Mavis Staple one, found it by chance on a local radio station :-)
