Gorgeous weather here today; I can't really believe that it is October out there, sunshine and the themometer reads 17c (62.6f). Seems as if the mini indian summer is set to stay fore a while. Photos above and below are of St Michael's Mount and Long Rock beach respectively.

However, the warm weather and the movement of old bricks has unearthered these little beauties.

The first photo shows how big it is next to an old brick. It is less like a spider and more like a land octopus. P1 has been in the garden all day and baulked at going near it. He wants me to catch it and put it in P2's bedroom. Brothers eh?
