Sporfle... (Very appropriate Virus...oh dear me, what a mess it all is) but my nearest weapon can be... a mug of boiling hot black coffee, a heavy pot of excellent wrinkle cream I'm rubbing into my double chin (ex-triple) or a large black screen to enlarge the tiny Notebook I use - they're all aligned! I think picking up the screen by its foot would be wonderful to splat a whole load of Virii (??) at once, or boil them with my coffee!

Gloom's descended here. Woke up with the news that George Osbourne telling the UK that "It wasn't our responsibility" to have a plan for leaving the EU.
Yeah - I heard that with my brekker! (the hour difference!!) He didn't want to answer the question about having a ref in the first instance, and suddenly the Punishment Budget has got lost in the wastebin! Talk about washing one's hands... He's doing his best to hang on to being a Chancellor... but seriously do YOU think he's been any good in that job? I haven't like anything much he's done, and the UK is still trillions in the real red. Bit concerned about my pension payments... Life is bloody difficult with a good exchange rate, but with it shrinking ... oh well.
I don't think ANYONE had ANY idea what in HELL was going to happen and each/any/all of them hoped it would be left as is (erm, was) so no one could have to do anything. As it is, everything has imploded!
WHERE IS PLAN BEE ???? Anyone seen a Plan B lying around some place???
(I had a sudden thort... giggle -- Juncker (GERMAN) is still trying to bully the UK into signing Art. 50 NOW... and that brings to mind all the hoohah about Boris saying Hitler tried to take over the world etc... we still have a little Juncker having a go.. (thank goodness for Merkel... she might make some booboos but she is at least trying to keep boots on floor and not on necks!)
Right now, I have a grudging respect for Merkel - who has been at least calm and logical within all of the EU turmoil. The least said about Juncker or Cameron/Boris et al., the better.
No Plan B, other than 'Balls, I've just Buggered up the referendum, darling'.
