I can't watch BBC News now without peeking through my fingers, probably in a bid attempt to stop myself flinching. Please, not Gove!!

Thank the LORD I don't have Sky or BBC easily available to me. I have to watch the smothered giggles of commentators here on the French News...

Its getting TERRIFYING!

I am hoping for Theresa May - not like the public has a say on this matter, but even so. Gove's ousting of Boris hasn't put him in a good position. It is a prerequisite to be a cutthroat little shit when it comes to politics, but not to one's own running partner - that seems quite rude (tongue firmly in cheek).

I'm rather in favour of someone who MIGHT know which way is UP! Angela (?) Andrea Leadsom. She's been 'outside' in the real world for a while in the FINANCE area, so that might well be of use when it comes to haggling over tariffs etc. and she is apparently an expert (if anyone can be,) on Europe and European matters. So I shall plump for her, not that anyone cares what I think, the UK dismissed me from their books in l989! No ex pats please! etc.

The football was bloody atrocious last night. NEITHER the Germans nor the Italians deserved to be even ON the pitch, let alone one of them go through ... gaaaahh.. (Horrible evening, I should have gone back to reading Godel Escher Bach!)(But his puzzles are driving me potty until I get my other 'head' on - pts to icon
