Spent a lovely day with an old friend, who knows exactly what it is like to feel stressed under uni conditions (she was at Cardiff Uni for her BA English).  Best time, however was taking in lungfuls of air at Longrock beach, complete with St Michael's Mount in the background.  Also spent some much needed headspace down on the Saltings.  It was just so peaceful, you could feel your head just infused with cool air and sea salt.

The remedy for everything - salt water.  Sweat, tears and the sea :-)

I like your last comment. It's very appropriate and so true.

Not original, alas - but definitely apt :-)

Never heard that one before - it's perfect though.
